Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I am grateful to the noble Lord for giving way. The Government have said clearly throughout that there are changes to the law in Clauses 159 and 161—and we will come to the detail, no doubt, when those clauses are debated—but I did not suggest that those are the same as the common law because we do not say that they are.
