Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I am grateful that the noble and learned Lord agrees that there is uncertainty. I am also grateful to him for agreeing to reflect on subsection (5) to make sure that it does what I believe the Government wish it to do. We will study the record carefully; we may have to return to this, but in the mean time I am grateful for the explanation. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
