My noble and learned friend the Attorney-General is quite right in saying that this is a question that will arise again under Amendment No. 163—but I insist on the fact that we are living in a world where ethical principles are recognised as very important. It is very hard to know how the law should deal with ethical principles, but it is a debate that will not go away. I am glad to have put this discussion on the record.
