Proceeding contribution from Lord Lea of Crondall (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I am rather surprised that my noble friend Lord Clinton-Davis does not appreciate that I have certain contacts with the TUC. I thank my noble and learned friend for his assurances about the effects of subsection (3), which I welcome. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
