Proceeding contribution from Lord Freeman (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I am not persuaded by the noble Lord, Lord Clinton-Davis. I have included that phrase in Amendment No. 161. It also includes the crucial word ““should””—““should have regard to””. We have had a helpful debate. Before I withdraw the amendment, however, perhaps the noble and learned Lord the Attorney-General would like to say something.
