Proceeding contribution from Lord Freeman (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
I have no intention of pursuing these two amendments. I am grateful for the explanation. We will have to return at Report, not necessarily to the formulation in Amendments Nos. 171 and 172, but more likely to Amendment No. 169 and earlier amendments. We will reflect on what the Minister has said. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 172 not moved.]
