Proceeding contribution from David TC Davies (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 27 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Government of Wales Bill.
Government of Wales Bill

Gentleman accept that Opposition parties are being extraordinarily politically generous to the Labour party by suggesting that the system should not be changed, since if it is changed, it will be to the disbenefit of the Labour party? Does that not prove that we are acting from the highest possible motives?
