That is because I feel strongly on the subject. I just wanted to quote some of the good people of Caerphilly, who say:"““It is good that people have more than more than one chance.””;""““They should be free to stand in both ballots—that seems fair enough.””;""““That means that the power is spread out which can make more of a difference in the end.””"
