Electoral Administration Bill
had given notice of his intention to move Amendment No. 35:"Page 5, line 7, leave out subsection (6)." The noble Lord said: In a sense, this amendment relates to personal identifiers appearing at an early stage in the Bill. In view of the fact that we will have substantial debates about personal identifiers when we reach Part 3, I shall not proceed with the amendment today. [Amendment No. 35 not moved.]
