Proceeding contribution from Lord Skelmersdale (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 2 March 2006. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations 2006.
