Proceeding contribution from Baroness Ashton of Upholland (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 7 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Compensation Bill [HL].
Compensation Bill [HL]
My Lords, IĀ apologise to the noble Lord, as IĀ had intended to refer to the NHS Redress Bill. That Bill deals with apologies after liability has been established, not before, so it was difficult to see how we could translate that across to this Bill.
