But the word ““teaching”” does appear in that document. We could go round in circles for a long time, but our positions are close enough not to worry too much about that definition. I cannot accept the amendment, but there is not too much difference in substance between what we and Opposition Members are saying. ““Taught”” is only a little word, but it is obviously a central concept and we need to make sure that everybody understands it fully. There will be further opportunities for us to make it clear that we are not talking about extremely formalised learning. There will be regulations and we shall hold consultations on them. There is ample opportunity to ensure that there is no misunderstanding in the sector about what we mean.
