My Lords, I thank the Minister for her detailed introduction of what I appreciate is an anomaly in terms of planning charges. We accept that this has been a matter of considerable consultation and discussion and that the fee charging regime is now on a basis that I think that most people would agree is acceptable. I therefore have no objection to the regulations.
