Proceeding contribution from Lord Tyler (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 21 March 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Electoral Administration Bill.
Electoral Administration Bill
I am grateful to the noble Lord. I represented a widespread rural constituency, unlike his last one, where I had 87,000 constituents. I appreciate the point that he has just made, and support him on it.
