Health Bill

I do not think that I can go any further than to repeat what I said before—that the draft regulations will be produced as soon as possible. Much depends on how quickly we get through the Bill and how quickly we get on to the next stage. I cannot go further than that and make a categorical promise. But I can say that we are always ready to meet representatives from the trade whenever they wish to do so. If they wish to have a more extensive discussion, we shall be delighted to meet them and to try to thrash out some of these issues.
