Health Bill
If I had been giving evidence, I would have given the exact source of that evidence. I suppose that we could ring up the Met Office to see whether the average temperature in London is different from that in Scotland, but I imagine that even the noble Baroness will accept that London might be warmer than Scotland. Perhaps that is not the case but, if she wants the evidence, we will ring up the Met Office to find out for her.
