Health Bill
I have not finished. I shall let the noble Baroness in very shortly, but I wish to make a personal point about myself. I was born in a mining area in the Rhondda Valley. My father smoked, my mother smoked and my step-grandfather smoked—they smoked like chimneys—and yet I am still here, and I shall be 80 next week. So it does not kill everyone prematurely, does it? I apologise to the noble Baroness. We long to hear from her now.
