Health Bill
moved Amendment No. 11:"Page 2, line 36, leave out subsection (2)." The noble Lord said: While I am dealing with Amendment No. 11, it will be convenient to deal also with Amendments Nos. 12, 13, 15, 16 and 21. I can be very brief. Amendment No. 11 is a paving amendment for Amendment No. 22. The amendments of my noble friend which are to be debated with it have a slightly different, but certainly very relevant, approach. I beg to move.
