Health Bill
The noble Lord alluded to a tragic case, but this Bill covers enclosed spaces and workplaces. The space around a hospital is not, by definition, an enclosed space as I understand it. The policies that may be applied by individual trusts are for them to determine. That is the position so far as this legislation is concerned.
