Proceeding contribution from Lord Walton of Detchant (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 24 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
It may sound perverse of me not to be deeply concerned about the health of the acting profession; nevertheless, I see considerable support for the amendment, towards which I feel very sympathetic.
