Proceeding contribution from Lord Naseby (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 24 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
We had agreement in the Committee that when we cited sources, we gave the true source. In keeping with that, I wonder whether the two clubs could be mentioned. Obviously, the noble Lord has consulted the membership in some depth, otherwise he would not be speaking as he is, and it would be nice to know to which two clubs he is referring.
