Health Bill
I intend to add only two sentences to the words of the noble Lord who just sat down. His emphasis on what was contained in the Labour Party manifesto was understandable and reasonable. But for me what is totally unacceptable in the proposals is the idea that government should legislate for what private clubs do and for what people do in private. That is wrong and illiberal.
