I am extremely sorry to keep noble Lords on this point, but the Minister clearly believes that because the House of Commons has passed this on a free vote, that is an end to the matter. He seems to be saying, ““Lords, sit down, shut up; this is nothing to do with you. The House of Commons has decided, and the Bill must go through. No matter what you say””—
