Proceeding contribution from Lord Naseby (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 24 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
It is normal in Committee for Members to disclose their interests. It is perfectly proper for anybody to do that so that other Members can make a judgment on where they are coming from. That is normal procedure in both the other place and in our House, and in Committee. I have always declared my interest.
