Proceeding contribution from Lord Monson (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 24 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
I ask the noble Lord, Lord Clement-Jones, whether the question, part of which he has set out, asked people whether they would be in favour of, or at least indifferent to, the provision of a totally sealed room in which those who wish to smoke could do so. If no such question was included in the questionnaire, then it was incomplete as it did not give all the possible options.
