Proceeding contribution from Lord Naseby (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 24 April 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
We had better leave the questions; the noble Lord is tempting us down further paths, which we should resist. He came in at half-time, and is obviously now revived and full of energy and taking us into areas we should not really trespass into. We have probably discussed Clause 3 stand part sufficiently—for me, at any rate.
