Health Bill
He is a very versatile Minister—we have learnt that already. Are the regulations dependent on the results of the consultation in the Welsh Assembly? If so, the story is becoming a little too familiar. Half of the Bill mirrors Scotland, and the other bit will mirror the Welsh Assembly. Secondly, the noble Lord, Lord Stoddart, was dead right. This is a wonderful campaigning issue for ASH and all the other interested parties. I am sure that the noble Lord, Lord Faulkner, will not mind me saying that he will be in the vanguard. The only trouble is that he is not quite as familiar with sporting stadia as perhaps he thinks he is. Has he been into the private boxes at the vast majority of our leading Premier League football clubs and/or rugby clubs and/or other clubs? He will find that most of those allow smoking.
