Health Bill
The noble Lord is clearly wriggling because he has been only to the Millennium Stadium and obviously nowhere else. But that is one of the very best stadia, and I acknowledge his choice. Thirdly, we have had a good debate on this topic, but this clause is crucial to the Bill. If it is not tightly controlled, it could be used as a lever of pressure to restrict virtually everywhere. It will therefore be appropriate to return to it on Report. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. [Amendment No. 25 not moved.]
