National Lottery Bill

My Lords, this means that the distributing body has a balance and the interest that is earned on that will be shared out. I suppose that one could regard that as a principle that the Government have operated in many instances in many worlds, such as pensions and savings. At least the Minister has been consistent. I see that I will not make progress on this and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 11 [Distributing bodies: publicity]:
