Proceeding contribution from Baroness Buscombe (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 2 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Bill [HL].
Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Bill [HL]
That is absolutely fine. Ultimately, noble Lords will agree that it does not matter who, in a sense, moved the amendment. It is important that the Opposition and the Government are in agreement on this point, which is great. I will read Hansard and consider with care what the Minister has said on other aspects of these amendments.
