Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Bill [HL]
I accept what the Minister said in response to Amendments Nos. 90 and 98 about communicating this information. I just hope that he is comfortable that the communication arrangements will remain in place and will be effective for the medium to long term, and not just for now and the near future for existing employers.
