Plainly, we need to consider that point because if £5,000 is the kick-in level for disclosure, it is very difficult to see a reason why, if you gave £4,999 as a loan and another as a donation, it should not be disclosed. We need to consider that point, but I do not know what the answer is at the moment. On Question, Amendment No. 1 agreed to. Clause 73 [Extent]:
