Proceeding contribution from Lord Sharman (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 10 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Company Law Reform Bill [HL].
Company Law Reform Bill [HL]
My Lords, if I provided the Minister with a copy of a letter of engagement, in confidence, would he agree to reconsider this? One needs to have first-hand experience of what is in these letters. I am quite happy to provide, in confidence, a real-life example.
