Proceeding contribution from Viscount Allenby of Megiddo (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
Health Bill
I remind noble Lords that if there is a Division in the Chamber while we are sitting, the Committee will adjourn as soon as the Division bells are rung and resume after 10 minutes. I have been asked whether coats may be removed. That is up to the Committee. Perhaps noble Lords would like to signify whether they would like to remove or retain their coats. There is no great enthusiasm so we shall keep our coats on for the time being. Clause 4 [Additional smoke-free places]: On Question, Whether Clause 4 shall stand part of the Bill?
