Proceeding contribution from Lord Goodhart (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 15 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Electoral Administration Bill.

Electoral Administration Bill

My Lords, it has been pointed out to me that the amendment tabled by the noble Lord, Lord Beaumont, is in fact here—Amendment No. 115, which I would have preferred to Amendment No. 105. However, as he does not appear to be here to speak to it, it does not perhaps make much difference.
