My Lords, I am most grateful to the noble Baroness and I am pleased to have provided some intellectual stimulus to the noble and learned Lord. I am delighted to know that he will further reflect on these matters before he returns to your Lordships’ House at Third Reading. I too shall further reflect on the noble Baroness’s response.
