Proceeding contribution from Lord Bassam of Brighton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 17 May 2006. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Violent Crime Reduction Bill.
Violent Crime Reduction Bill

It is important that all groups in our society have access to that information.
