Proceeding contribution from Robert Smith (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 11 May 2006. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Confident Consumers.
Confident Consumers
As in all things, if consumers are to be fully informed, they sometimes have to be careful. Something may be never knowingly undersold on the same product, but manufacturers produce many different models for different suppliers to allow a certain element of differential pricing for products that may not differ very much.
