Proceeding contribution from Andrew Miller (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 16 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill.
Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
I have some sympathy with the point that the right hon. and learned Gentleman is making, but I am simply trying to find a practical way forward. We have yet to hear the Minister’s views on this issue, but I am sure that the House will agree that the restating of the undertaking to which I have referred would be more than a nuance and would shift the ground, albeit slightly.
