Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
I am grateful to the Minister for that explanation. In summary, when he replied yesterday to my question whether, on his interpretation of new clause 19,"““it may well result in this procedure being used in circumstances where overall burdens will be increased, rather than decreased””—[Official Report, 15 May 2006; Vol. 446, c. 783.]" and he said no, what he really meant to say was yes.
