Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
The Minister has said that the Committee can reflect on any matter in reaching its recommendation. Government amendment No. 46 states that"““A recommendation may be made under subsection (2B) only if the committee considers””" the criteria. How can that mean ““anything””?
