Before the Minister sits down, perhaps I could, first, thank him for his response, and, secondly, ask him to confirm that I have heard him correctly; that every PCT currently reports annually on its palliative care commissioning. I was aware of that and I do not think that the level of reporting is known, certainly not to the National Council for Palliative Care. It would be very helpful to know where such reporting can be accessed centrally so that meaningful comparisons could be made between the different commissioners.
