Perhaps I may also press the Minister further on that. I am grateful for the knowledge that I have gained this afternoon in this debate. Are the reports that go to the strategic health authorities made public? Can anybody read them, or are they incorporated in other great documents or whatever? What is their accessibility? Secondly, on the question of spreading good practice—clearly clinicians are very good at that through documentation, through their peer review and so on—I think that there would be a great benefit to the nation if the spreading of good practice could be in other forms, especially in respect to those who manage the services. It seems to me that one can spread good practice to some extent through the National Health Service, but the hospice movement is so different in that so much of the service comes from the voluntary sector. The question is how you can also spread that good practice throughout all sectors.
