Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill
I welcome the hon. Gentleman’s comments about the new Assembly. I also welcome the participation of the SDLP in the proceedings of the Assembly earlier this week. Will the hon. Gentleman join me in expressing regret that one party—Sinn Fein—which absents itself from this House, was also absent on Tuesday from the debate on the economy? Is it not time that it ended its abstentionism?
