Proceeding contribution from Baroness Miller of Chilthorne Domer (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 23 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Animal Welfare Bill.
Animal Welfare Bill
This is a very interesting area of debate. My Amendments Nos. 45 and 46, which we will consider later, are relevant to exactly where the lines are between domesticated, non-domesticated and wild animals. The noble Duke has given us some useful examples of problem areas that could arise if those lines are not clearly defined.
