Education and Inspections Bill
In new clause 4(5) the proposal is that a child with special educational needs"““shall not be educated in a mainstream school if that is incompatible with the wishes of his parents.””" Will the hon. Gentleman confirm that he would also subscribe to the view that a child with special educational needs shall not be educated in a special school if that is incompatible with the wishes of his parents?
