Proceeding contribution from Ian Lucas (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 25 May 2006. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Pensions Reform.
Pensions Reform

Will transitional arrangements be put in place for women such as my mother, who are not eligible for the full state pension and would like to have the benefits of the proposed improved scheme?
