Proceeding contribution from Baroness Farrington of Ribbleton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 14 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Animal Welfare Bill.

Animal Welfare Bill

I had failed to take on board completely the nuance of the noble Lord’s point. Without any commitment whatever, I undertake to look carefully at what he has said. I hope, with that, I am able to reassure him.
