Proceeding contribution from Baroness Byford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 14 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Animal Welfare Bill.
Animal Welfare Bill
I am grateful. It seems a little unusual. Obviously the matter will be very clear in open court as it will be explained at the time, but it seems unusual to enter the reasons in a register later on. I am grateful for the Minister’s explanation. I beg leave to withdraw Amendment No. 115. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
