Proceeding contribution from Lord Russell-Johnston (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 19 June 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on Health Bill.
Health Bill
My Lords, I am very grateful to the Minister, but what he is saying is ridiculous. He is saying that he wishes to protect a worker within a car from smoking who may anyway be a smoker. What nonsense that is.
